Can I get CEs for attending this retreat?
Mooxli is recognized as a provider of CEs by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (a nationally recognized certifier of nursing continuing education). If you provide your AANA# you will automatically be submitted for credits. Not a nurse anesthetist? No Problem! Just contact your healthcare professional association about how to manually subimit for CE approval using the Mooxli syllabus/program! For instance, the AANP has historically recognized with reciprocity CEs already certified by the AANA.
You mean I get to go on retreat AND get CEs?! Yes, yes that's exactly what we mean!

How Do I Book My Lodging for "TRUE RESILIENCE" FALL RETREAT 2021? Where Should I Fly Into?
You must be a guest of Feathered Pipe Ranch to attend the retreat. You can book your lodinging here. All housing is shared unless you book a "Single Occupancy" Chalet room. No coed housing will be assigend, but housing can be booked coed by attendees. Housing is first come, first serve, so it is recommended that you book upon completion of registereing for the retreat
You can bring your spouse or a guest. The chalet rooms sleep two and the beds can be made by Feathered Pipe staff into one king bed, so you and your spouse could have your own private lodging. If your guest or spouse is not registering for the retreat, there would be a $60 per day additional charge tied to their lodging booking to cover breakfast and lunch. (Mooxli is covering this $60 daily for retreat registrants.)
Feathered Pipe mandates that room AND meals are part of the lodging package. So, each person has to book "a bed." For example, if you and your spouse came you would each book a bed. You would book in Chalet Room 1, bed 1, and your guest or spouse in bed 2. The price for the non retreat registrant would be the single occupancy rate listed for the bed plus $60 per day.
Please email at info@mooxlicom and let us know if you would like to book this way and we will create a lodging listing for your guest.
We recommend the Helena Regional Airport (HLN). Direct flights into Helena currently originate in Salt Lake City, UT (Delta Airlines), Denver, CO (United Airlines), Minneapolis (Delta Airlines), and Seattle (Alaska Airlines). Missoula International Airport and Bozeman International Airport are also feasible points of arrival but will require a two-hour commute via bus or auto that you will need to arrange yourself. For those interested in art and cultural events, Missoula is a great place to spend a few extra days. If you are planning to go to Glacier National Park consider Great Falls, and Bozeman if you wish to spend some extra time in Yellowstone National Park.
Shuttle Service to and from Feathered Pipe Ranch on the retreat start and end day is complementary as part of retreat registration (see below info from the ranch shuttle driver):
For those coming for a Feathered Pipe Ranch retreat, we meet flights at the Helena Regional Airport. Shuttle service from/to Helena Regional Airport on arrival/departure day will be complimentary (free) for all registered guests! Please note that if you are needing pick-up or drop-off on any other day, that there will be a $35 one-way charge.
Our driver will meet you at baggage claim wearing a Feathered Pipe t-shirt. We are now grouping some pick-ups, so you may have a 30 minute wait. Click here to fill out shuttle service flight information form. Call the Ranch directly if for any reason there is a change in scheduled arrival on the day of travel or if you have not located your pickup at (406) 443-0430.
If you prefer to arrive early and stay in Helena, we will contact you at your hotel to arrange your pick-up. There is plenty to do and see in Helena. Contact our local Chamber of Commerce at (800) 743-5362 or www.helenachamber.com. Helena is half way between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks (3 hours by car in either direction), so you might consider coming a few days early or staying a few days after your retreat to take in one or both of the country and world’s true natural treasures!
What if I have to cancel last minute?
Cancellations must be in writing and will be accepted up to 90 days before the conference with a full refund excluding a one hundred dollar administration fee. We are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations within the 90 day window or during the retreat for any reason.
What should I bring?
In addition to your personal traveling essentials, here’s a few recommended additions:
Stocking hat (the days start and end cool)
Gloves (fall retreat)
Headlamp or flashlight
An open heart
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Feel free to bring your own mat. We recomend the Jade Yoge Travel mat if you are purchasing one special to fly with. Don't have one, no problem! Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.
Other things I shouldn't bring?

Where can I eat at El Capitan Canyon?

Feathered Pipe generously does their best to meet special diet needs of gluten free, dairy free etc. Just specify this in the provided feild when registering for the retreat!
From the Feathered Pipe Kitchen:
You can expect to eat very well!
We are fortunate to have access to organic food through the Real Food Deli and Market in Helena – Montana’s first and only certified organic grocery store. All the meat we serve comes from local organic or transitional producers as does much of our produce. Every day you will enjoy our nutritious salad bars and entrees. Vegetarian, and fish or chicken alternatives are available at most workshops.
Is this a women’s retreat?
No. This is a retreat built for the needs of all healthcare providers. All who are human and have breath are welcome here.
I’ve never done Yoga, can I still come?
Yes! This event will provide space for yogis at all experience levels. Please follow the recommendations of your doctor when evaluating adding yoga to your exercise routine.
Is there a dress code?
Athleisure / outdoor wear will be appropriate for all of our sessions including lectures. We recommend layers and breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. Wear what will keep you comfortable, connected and feeling your best.
Are children welcome at this conference?
Our focus at this event will be to take time away with a community of fellow healthcare professionals and allow space and energy for introspection. Creating this space may be more challenging with the care of your family so we ask that you do not bring children.
My friend wants to come but is not a healthcare provider. Is there a “yoga only” package?
Due to limited space availability all retreat events are for registered attendees only. While the retreat is focused on the needs of healthcare providers, anyone who registers is welcome to attend.
What is the format of the retreat?
Each day is centered on a theme to guide us through the week. The day starts with a 60 minute yoga session, followed by breakfast and then workshops. Workshops wrap right before lunch and lunch is provided. Dinner will be "on your own" at El Capitan Canyon and is provided at part of your loding registartion at Feathered Pipe Ranch. After dinner, you will have the option to welcome the evening with a specialized yoga class focused on your needs as a healthcare professional. A sample schedule may be viewed here.
